Itinerary:

Day 01: San Jose

Upon your arrival to the International Airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Presidente hotel. A four-star, 100-room hotel in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Overnight at Presidente hotel.

Day 02: San Jose/ Arenal Volcano

Breakfast. Tour to Arenal volcano and Tabacon hot springs. The Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas. From our observation point, you will feel the ground tremble and see the night sky explode with ash and lava in a natural display of fireworks. Next, we will visit the hot springs of the volcano, where you can relax in the soothing waters and be caressed by the cool night air while observing the stars and the incredible night sky above the volcano. At a convenient time after your arrival, we will treat you to a splendid dinner. This is absolutely an evening you will not want to miss in Costa Rica! On this tour we will also visit the town of Sarchi, well known for the beauty of the handcrafts that they produce. The tour includes: Transportation, bilingual guide, lunch, entrance fee to Tabacon Hot Springs, buffet dinner. Overnight at Arenal Volcano Inn in a room with view to Arenal volcano.

Day 03: Arenal Volcano

Breakfast. In the morning horseback riding to La Fortuna Waterfall, experience the breathtaking, naturally cool, La Fortuna waterfall. You will enjoy spectacular views of the lush environment of flora and fauna as you ride on horseback to this amazing 60 meter high waterfall. Upon reaching your destination you will trek through the rain forest to reach the waterfall where you can swim or just relax. Free afternoon to enjoy the area. Overnight at Arenal Volcano Inn.

Day 04: Arenal Volcano/ Manuel Antonio Beach

After breakfast you will be transferred to Manuel Antonio area. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla, located just two blocks from the National Park.

Day 05: Manuel Antonio Beach

Breakfast. Mangrove kayaking tour: Explore the wonderful world of mangroves just 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio area. Discover a variety of amazing wildlife within the mangrove forests. You will float under a lush canopy of rain forest, silently watching an spectacular variety of birds, snakes, crocodiles, ant eaters, and many groups of white face monkeys. The tour includes lunch or dinner and the pick up time depends on the tides. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla.

Day 06: Manuel Antonio Beach

Breakfast. Free morning to enjoy the beach. In the afternoon: Catamaran island adventure: you will discover a fascinating undersea domain, playground to a multitude of tropical fish species. Meanwhile, topside your crew will be preparing dinner accompanied by locally grown fruits and served in our famous “Guaro Rum” . punch. A swim and snorkeling break offers a perfect complement to the warm sunny days. Many different kinds of reef fishes are seen while enjoying the cool waters. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla.

Day 07: Manuel Antonio Beach

Breakfast. Canopy tour. Excellent for individuals, families, children 6 years old and over, or large groups, people of all ages will enjoy this adventure tour because of its variety, options and bio-diversity. Travel through the primary Costa Rican tropical jungle on suspension cables as you move through the jungle canopy with your bilingual guides and safety spotters from platform to platform. If our high-tech, high-quality equipment for zip-lining turns out to be “not your style”, then relax and enjoy a cold one back on the ground as you watch your fellow guests zip line by line to each canopy platform. If you so desire, take a leisurely stroll or hike through our secluded, protected habitat of the mono tit biological corridor, which is an excellent location for you to explore the exotic varieties of plant and animal life in the Costa Rican mountainous jungles near Manuel Antonio National Park. Free afternoon to enjoy the beach. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla.

Day 08: Manuel Antonio Beach/ San Jose

Breakfast. Free morning. In the afternoon transfer to San Jose. Overnight at Presidente hotel.

Day 09: San Jose/ flight back home

Breakfast. Transfer to the International airport for you flight back home.
