Cancellation policies

All cancellations have to be received in writing to our office at least 30 days prior to trip, in this case passengers will receive a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative charge per person, if it is received 15 to 29 days of departure there is a penalty of 25%. With less than 15 days or once the tour is in progress, no refund can be considered

All claims must to be in writing within 15 days of scheduled return. Any refund will be only for the sum actually recovered for the unused portion of the services like tours and hotels. Whenever possible exceptions will be considered in view of unusual circumstances.
